Dr Kaze Edeline, Gastro-enterology

The Europe Hospitals would like to welcome Dr Edeline Kaze, who has just joined the Gastro-enterology Department. Dr Kaze focuses on general gastro-enterology with an affinity for hepatology.

Dr Edeline Kaze graduated in medicine from the Catholic University of Leuven in 2017. During her specialist studies, she developed a particular interest in the field of hepatology. She continued her clinical expertise for a year at the Universitair Ziekenhuis Antwerpen. She has also been selected on several occasions to take part in courses run by the European Association for the Study of the Liver. She also has a scientific interest: she is the author of several publications and is a member of the Belgian Association for the Study of the Liver. Dr Kaze also obtained a master's degree in healthcare management and policy at the KU Leuven in 2021. Dr Edeline Kaze was recognised as a specialist in gastro-enterology at the Catholic University of Leuven in 2023.

At the Cliniques de l'Europe, Dr Kaze aims to develop a hepatology consultation where people with liver disease can come to receive optimal, person-centred care. Dr Kaze provides consultations in French, Dutch and English.
