Participation of the Europe Hospitals in the “Pièces rouges” campaign of Télévie

From the 12th of March to the 15th of April, the Europe Hospitals are participating in the French-language charity campaign “pièces rouges” of Télévie and Bel RTL, for the fight against cancer.

In order to collect the small coins often left unused at the bottom of your purse, a piggybank will be made available in the reception areas of our various sites. Any person (patients, employees or visitors) can donate their coins.

For the past 30 years, the purpose of this campaign has been to collect as much money as possible, in order to finance scientific research conducted by FNRS researchers in the fight against leukaemia and cancer among children and adults.

In Belgium, it is estimated that more than 860 million 1-cent coins and 770 million 2-cent coins are lying around in your pockets, drawers, or at the bottom of bags. Come and donate them at the Europe Hospitals!
