New Lp(a) test to determine the risk of cardiovascular disease
Our laboratory has a new Lp(a) test for determining the risk of cardiovascular disease. It is recommended that every adult consider having a lipoprotein(a) test at least once in their lifetime, particularly if there is a family history of early cardiovascular disease (before the age of 55 in men and 65 in women). Thanks to Dr Julie Jacobs, Dr Mairesse Antoine and our laboratory team. Find out more about this test here.
