The Europe Hospitals welcome Dr Julie Leblanc

The Europe Hospitals would like to welcome Dr Julie Leblanc, who has recently joined the Oncology Department.

Dr Leblanc began her training at the Lille Faculty of Medicine, where she passed the competitive internship examination. She then went on to specialise in medical oncology at Strasbourg University Hospitals. Passionate about research from the start of her career, she worked for a year in a breast cancer research laboratory, where she obtained a Master 2 in biology and health.

After defending her doctoral thesis in medicine on triple-negative breast cancer, Dr Leblanc continued her post-internship at the Centre Paul Strauss (CLCC) in Strasbourg. There, she developed a particular interest in breast and gynaecological tumours, as well as in clinical research.

She then broadened her experience by working for a year at the University Hospitals of Geneva as head of clinic in the oncogynaecology department.

At the Europe Hospitals, Dr Leblanc wishes to devote herself in particular to the care of patients with breast and gynaecological tumours.
