At the Europe Hospitals, patients can have a video consultation with specialists.

The video consultation is a milestone in the continuous development of our service offering. The seamless integration to the existing processes of the hospital is relevant to insure efficient access to healthcare for our patients.

The patient can book an appointment with over 300 specialist doctors from 30 different specialties at the Europe Hospitals and be diagnosed without leaving his home. To book a video consultation, the patient simply calls the relevant hospital department, agrees an appointment date and does communicate his e-mail address.

A confirmation e-mail is sent to the patient with a link for the video consultation. At the agreed time and only then, the patient will be able to use this link to enter a secure communication channel where his doctor will be available.
