Doctor Moens graduated in ophthalmology in 2020. He followed his medical curriculum and specialisation within the UCL and its network.
He obtained his certificate of knowledge from the American education centre "international council of ophthalmology". He carries out further training in ophthalmology, refractive ophthalmology and plastic/reconstructive ophthalmology. He will welcome you for a consultation for an ocular, palpebral or lacrimal problem.
